Welcome to Things Not Known.

“There-hundred-million years from now, what will be the only thing that will matter? Will it be how much money you made? Will it matter what kind of car you drove? Will it matter who won the NCAA football and basketball titles this year? Will it matter who you took to the homecoming dance? There-hundred-million years from now, the only thing that will matter is who is in heaven and who is in hell. And if that is the only thing that will matter then, that should be one of our greatest concerns now.”*

“Each one of us at any moment can be one heartbeat away from eternity. Your heart beats about 100,000 times in a twenty-four-hour period. One day, one of those beats will be your last.”*

I found both these quotes to be true and telling. None of us are guaranteed to be alive tomorrow night. Many people have different beliefs on what happens after someone dies, but if what they believe isn’t the same as reality, it doesn’t what that person believes because they are wrong.

What do you base your belief about ‘what happens to someone when they die’ on? What evidence do you have that what you believe is true? If you don’t know then I hope that you will find this website helpful in discovering if what the Bible says is true. If what the Bible says is true then when Jesus said in John 14:6 that “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”(KJV) is true as well. Please spend time to find out if this is true. This life is but a vapor and when we die that’s it. Please care enough about yourself to find out if what the Bible says is true.

Quotes taken from “One Thing You Can’t do in Heaven” and “One HeartBeat Away: Your Journey into Eternity” Respectively.  Both written by Mark Cahill.
